Blend your own wine seminar
What makes a GREAT wine? Is it the vineyard? Is it the climate? Is it winemaking? It is all of those along with BLENDING.
With 5 varietals to work with (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec & Petit Verdot), there are endless possiblities to the blend you can make. Over the course of this evening, you will have the opportunity to learn about each individual grape variety from our winemaker Sandy Leier, and blend your own signature bottle of Portfolio to take home with you.
Our blending seminar will take place June 28th from 7pm to 9pm. We will begin the evening with a glass of Rosé and end the evening with selection of cheese and wine after moving from the cellar.
Join us for an interactive evening of sampling, tasting and conducting blending trials to find the best expression of each of the varietals and create your final blend for the 2023 vintage. Hard work but someone has to do it.
Due to limited capacity, this event will be capped at 24 people.
